How Blue Readings Now works

Create your account

Joining is free. When you sign up we confirm you’re 18 or older and collect your name, email, password, and date of birth. The first time you sign in you’ll accept a short client agreement, and we’ll ask you to verify your email to keep your account secure.

Add funds & get your minutes

Your balance lives in the top bar wherever you are. Tap the + next to it to add funds, choose a preset amount ($5, $10, $20, $50, or $100) or enter a custom amount, and pay with a card.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe — your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Funds are added as prepaid credit. There’s no subscription; you only spend credit while you’re on a reading.
• Every advisor sets their own per-minute rate, shown on their card. The minutes you get are simply your balance divided by that advisor’s rate, so a higher balance (or a lower rate) means more talk time.
• You can top up anytime, and your balance updates instantly after a payment.

Add your phone number

Readings happen over a real phone call, so we need a number to reach you on. Add it in the Account section of your dashboard, or we’ll prompt you the first time you start a reading. Use international format (E.164), for example +12025550123.

Your privacy is protected: every call is masked both ways, so neither you nor the advisor ever sees the other’s real phone number.

Choose an advisor

Browse advisors from your dashboard. Readers under “Advisors online now” can take a call right away; others appear under “More advisors.” Each card shows the advisor’s photo, specialty, star rating (or “New” if they haven’t been rated yet), and their per-minute rate.

When you’re ready, tap Start reading on an online advisor to connect. Offline advisors are shown for reference but can’t be started until they’re back online.

Connect & have your reading

As soon as you start, our system places a call to your phone — just answer to connect to your advisor. We’ll show you roughly how many minutes of talk time you have for this reading, based on your balance and the advisor’s rate.

• You’re billed per minute at the advisor’s posted rate, deducted from your prepaid balance as you talk.
• The reading ends automatically when your prepaid balance runs out — so you can never be charged more than you’ve added.
• You can also simply hang up whenever you want to end the reading early.
• When the call ends, you’ll see how long you talked and the amount charged.

Rate your reading

After a reading, find it under “Your readings” on your dashboard and give your advisor a 1–5 star rating. It’s a single tap and locks in once submitted — your feedback helps other customers choose the right reader.
