Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the date of birth and other registration information you provide is true and accurate. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we believe you do not meet these requirements.

2. The Service

Blue Readings Now lets you buy prepaid credit and connect with independent advisors for private readings delivered by phone. Readings are provided strictly for entertainment. We do not provide, and the Service is not a substitute for, professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other advice. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make, and you should always consult a qualified professional for important matters.

If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, do not use the Service — contact your local emergency number or a crisis hotline immediately.

3. Your account

To use most features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account, create more than one account without our permission, or use another person’s account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use. You may need to verify your email address to keep your account fully active.

4. Prepaid credit & billing

Readings are billed on a per-minute basis at the rate set for each advisor, which is shown before you connect. To start a reading you must hold enough prepaid credit in your account. You authorize us to deduct charges from your prepaid balance for the time you spend on a reading.

• Time is measured from when your call connects until it ends, and charges accrue per minute (or fraction thereof) at the advisor’s posted rate.
• A reading will end automatically when your prepaid balance is exhausted, so you cannot be charged more than the credit you have purchased.
• Prepaid credit has no cash value except as required by law, is not transferable, and may only be used to pay for the Service.
• You are responsible for any carrier, data, or telephone charges your own phone plan may apply to calls you receive.

5. Payments

Payments for prepaid credit are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize the processor to charge it for the amount you select. We do not store your full card number. Your use of the payment processor is also subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Refunds — all sales final

All purchases are final. Prepaid credit and completed readings are non-refundable, and we do not refund unused credit. You acknowledge this policy each time you add funds. The only exception is a billing error on our side, such as a duplicate or incorrect charge: contact support and we will investigate and correct it. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Phone calls & privacy

To connect a reading, our calling system places a call to the phone number on your account. Both parties are masked, so neither you nor the advisor sees the other’s real phone number. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to receive the calls necessary to deliver a reading you request.

8. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• use the Service if you are under 18 or otherwise not eligible;
• harass, threaten, abuse, defraud, or impersonate any advisor, user, or staff member;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to obtain an advisor’s personal contact details or arrange payment or contact outside the Service;
• interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our systems, or other accounts;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service; or
• provide false information or use a payment method you are not authorized to use.

We may investigate and take action — including suspending or terminating your account — for any conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms the Service, its users, or advisors.

9. Advisors & no guarantees

Advisors are independent and provide readings for entertainment. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of any reading, statement, or advice given by an advisor, and we do not endorse any advisor’s views. Any reliance you place on a reading is strictly at your own risk. Advisor availability and rates may change at any time.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (other than content you provide), is owned by Blue Readings Now or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL READINGS ARE PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY READING WILL BE ACCURATE OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT. NOTHING OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES MEDICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE READINGS NOW AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY READING. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Readings Now and its owners, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes may be communicated through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [governing-law state], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in accordance with this section, and you and Blue Readings Now submit to the courts located in [governing-law state] for that purpose, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
